Question 1 – How do you determine the exact price you will pay for my house? Base on the location, the amount of repairs needed, current condition, and recently sold homes in the area.

Question 2 – What kind of houses do you buy? We buy houses throughout Tampa and the remainder of Hillsborough County in any condition or price range.

Question 3 – What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure? can you help? Yes, if you call or contact us now we may be able to help catch up your back payments if you are facing foreclosure process.

Question 4 – If I submit my information below, when will I hear from you? As soon as we receive your contact information we will get back to you ASAP usually within 24 hours depending on when you submit the information . But if you do not hear from us in a timely manner, please feel free to give us a call to make sure we receive your information and that you are being taken care of right away.

Question 5 – Does your company buy homes that needs a lot of repairs? Of course. Most of the properties that we buy 50 percent of the time need a lot of repairs.

Question 6 – How long does it really take before I can expect to get a written offer? We can typically see the house and make our decision to buy the house on the spot. This usually happens the same day or within 24 hours if you are able to show the property or give us access to it.

Question 7 – Are there any fees or cost associated with selling my house? There are NO fees or commissions to work with us.  We will make you multiple offers, and if it’s a fit…we’ll buy your property. We do not charge fees to you to buy your house. We make our money with the investment and we do not need to make any by charging you a commission.

Question 8 – Will you still buy my house even if there is a tenant living in there? Yes. Even if the house has, with or without at least, we are still interested in making you an offer to buy the house.

Question 9 – Do you actually list my house on the MLS  like most Realtor’s or buying it? We are not Realtor’s and don’t want to list your house in the traditional fashion. We buy and usually have to repair the home before we resell it to a family in Tampa.

Question 10 – If I fill out the form or you make me an offer am I obligated to accept it? No. You are under no obligation to go forward with the sale. We will make a fair all-cash offer for your home and your can either accept it or reject it. It is entirely up to you and absolutely free.
